Guest rfsteel Posted May 15, 2007 Report Posted May 15, 2007 Does anyone suffer any problems with the Quick List not showing up ? It tends to happen on my E650 after sending a Text Message, I try to access the Quick List to lock the keypad, but the options never show up. If I press the power button followed by the center button, it selects the correct option from the QL, it just does show you what your going to select.
Guest mwille Posted May 16, 2007 Report Posted May 16, 2007 (edited) You know you can also lock the keypad by holding down the (red) end-call button? At least... that used to be the way on all my previous MS Smartphones and still is on my S710. Can't imagine Orange have changed that for the E650  Edited May 16, 2007 by mwille

The REALLY FUNNY thing is that I spent 2 years of owning a C500 never knowing about this, and used the automatic security lock thing instead. However, since you could have a single digit pin for the security lock on the C500 but need a minimum 4 digit pin for the security lock on the E650 I bothered to read Modaco and found out about the red button keylock shortcut.

Many thanks, you learn something new every day, as above, I've only owed a C500 and C600 prior to the E650
Guest ayanGR Posted May 16, 2007 Report Posted May 16, 2007 BTW, at some rare occasions you might experience some "screen refresh" issues. For example you're in an app, you press Home and the Homescreen never shows up. Or you press the Quick list and it never shows up. Don't know why it's happening, but if you open-close the QUERTY, the portrait <> landscape switch fixes this issue.
