Alarm which turns on the phone and plays MP3's

Is this possible? i saw an alarm which plays the radio if you leave it turned on. Is it possible to get it to play mp3's? also can it be made to turn my phone on? my last phone did this and it was great.

no WM phones can be made to turn on with an alarm as once they are off there is nothing to make the alarm work...however they are several that will wake it from flight mode and play MP3 check out the retailers for them
