SMT5600/C500 Bluetooth Profiles Missing?

When I first got my SMT5600 and paired it via bluetooth with my PC all kinds of profiles were available.

I was able to answer the phone via the computer's speakers/mic. I could sync via bluetooth. I could fax and dial-up.

Now only the Dial-Up Networking profile shows up when I pair my phone with my PC.

How do I get those other profiles back? I've tried everything I can think of and nothing is working.

I reset to factory defaults. I've switched roms and all I get is the same DUN profile and nothing else.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
