WebSites in offline mode

Is it possible to viewing websites without costs? i mean to download a website then put on phone and u've got it for free?

In theory yes. You can either visit the site when connected via wifi or USB and then (having disabled your gprs access) use history in your PIE to visit the cached page. But if your gprs /3g data is active it will load the new version of the page if it can.

The other way to do something similar is to use an offline browser like plusmo

but i need a program (if it exist) where i can for example "download" any website what i want and somewhene view it without cost.
