http://www.tuned.mobi/convert.html works on my Pocket PC (WM2003) and on the Palm (Blazer browser).

However, it doesn't seem to work on WM5.0.

Please can you try out the tool and let me know:

a) if it works (i.e. the result doesn't remain at 0)

It worked fine for me using a Motorola Qwith WM5.
