Menu Shortcuts changed from Number to Letters?

Somehow this has happened....

The shortcuts on all the menus have changed from numbers to letters. Probably over enthusiastic tweaking on my part, but it means I cant easily select necessary options.

How can I correct the issue? With a little and maybe well known reg hack I suppose?
