Worth upgrading to a Vox?

I have a SP5 which has been faithfully serving me for the past year. Does everything I want. Upgrade time is here and I was wondering whether its worth upgrading to a Vox. I believe it has the same processor, and the SP5 has WiFi, excellent battery life etc. The keyboard would be good but I keep my phone in a case so I dont know if I'll use it. WM6 may be worth the upgrade in itself. Any comments??
