Anyway to send/upload GPS position

I would like a piece of software which will send my GPS coordinates somewhere someone could view them.

Basically I do quite a bit of mountain biking, kayaking and snowboarding and I would like an app to send off my current coordinates every so often just in case something happens.

Ideally I’d like it to upload them to an FTP or send them via e-mail due to my unlimited data package but something that would SMS them would also work.

Anyone know of anything like this? I have an M700 but ideally I’d like to use my old MDA CII to do this (with BT GPS) as if I break that it wouldn’t be such a big deal.

Co-Pilot live will do this. Shows a map of where you are on a web page. My wife loves it!
