MDA iii (+ Tomtom) freezing on I agree screen

Hi

I've been running my tomtom on my spv c500 for ages successfully, however I now want to run it on my MDA Compact III. I have copied the files over to my storage card, but when I run tomtom it just stays on the I agree page.

In fact tomtom on my c500 now exhibits this problem too.

Any ideas..?

the file structure in the root directory on the card is...

Greate_Britain_Maps

TomTom

and in the TomTom dir are these directories...

Licences

Schemes

Storage

system

voices

and these files

data.chk

navigator.cfg

tomtom mobile.exe

is this right?

this is now sorted out. all to do with missing directory in storage card folder.

in storage/my documents/tomtom

then bung in a file....

and sorted

c500 is a smartphome . vario is a PPC - Tom Tom will not work on both - legally!
