Create Shortcut to enable/disable WiFi

As discribed in an other post my HTC Vox enables WiFi on boot...i didnt found a solution.

Now I wonder if there is a possibility to create a shortcut to enable or disable

WiFi. e.g. "/windows/someapp.exe -wifienable" !?

Or do you know an application that can automatically toggle wifi?
