Syncing problem

I am syncing using Windows Mobile Device Center on a Tmobile Dash. Everything seems to work, EXCEPT the calendar only syncs in one direction - from the Dash to the Exchange server, but NOT the other way around. In other words, if I add a calendar item using Outlook, it does not appear on the Dash, but it does appear in Outlook if I enter the item on the Dash.

Furthermore, as an experiment, I tried syncing to the PC, rather than Exchange for Calendar items, and that did work. But, I really want to sync with Exchange instead.

Any ideas or similar experience out there?
