T-Mobile UK GPRS Settings?

I have started using a HTC 3600 on my T-Mobile contract and I have entered the settings for GPRS that I found on the T-Mobile site and from here and other sources, username user and password wap.

I am finding every week or so for half a day it won't connect. I never experienced this before so I was looking at my MDA Compact II which I bought last year on my T-Mobile contract and its GPRS username is t-mobile but obviously I can't see the password, I've had a search around for this but I can't find it. Does anyone know what the password that goes with the username t-mobile?

The only setting you need to set up tmobile gprs is the apn which is general.t-mobile.uk

leave the password and username blank, since there isnt one. You can call the connection whatever you want, it doesnt matter!

This works fine on my vario two for gprs,3g and hsdpa
