Guest frank.lui Posted May 31, 2007 Report Posted May 31, 2007 (edited) I may use the wrong term 'home screen' because I just moved from smart phone to PPC. I want to change my 'home screen'. I only need date/time, massage, calendar. I want to get rid off owner (I know who I am), tasks (never used it), MSN (too expensive) and lock status. Can any one shed a light? Thanks! You can decide what plugins should be shown somewhere in settings. I don't have PocketPC so I am not sure where exactly but it should be called something like Today Settings.
Guest xeno1 Posted June 1, 2007 Report Posted June 1, 2007 Click on Start-->Settings-->Today and the click on the items tab at the bottom and you can chose what you want on your today screen (the ppc name for the homescreen) you can also chose what order you want them displayed in except for the time bar at the top of your screen. You can't move or remove that one.

Guest frank.lui Posted June 1, 2007 Report Posted June 1, 2007 One more question. When I change today'a screen, I noticed one thing. The small Comm Manager icon colates at the right bottom of screen. This seems a location you can put other small icons there (in a row?). If that is the case, how can I creat icons of my faverite programs and put there? Thanks!
Guest xeno1 Posted June 1, 2007 Report Posted June 1, 2007 The only way that I know how to put them there is by using BatteryStatus. You can download that here: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=270751 I know there are other ways to do it also but I've never found much use in having those icons visible. BatteryStatus has a lot of other useful things in it including omapclock integrated in to it. I would highly recommend downloading it an trying it out.

Guest frank.lui Posted June 8, 2007 Report Posted June 8, 2007 Thanks again. After I read several responses, I decide to read all the thread first bafore I install the plug-in. Installed, quick nice. Anyone knows the max overclock for O2 XDA mini S (MDA Vario, Qtek 9100, KJam)?
Guest xeno1 Posted June 8, 2007 Report Posted June 8, 2007 I've had mine overclocked at 247 for about 6 months now without a problem, but I wouldn't go much beyond that. I've heard of people setting theirs at 260 without problems but I don't know if I'd risk that or not. Some people that have tried going that high get a lot of lockups because of it.
