Syncing problem

My Dash syncs correctly with everything on my Exchange server, EXCEPT the Calendar items. Actually, if I enter an item on the Dash, it syncs back to Exchange, but if I enter something in Outlook, it does not sync back to the Dash. A friend of mine also owns a Dash and has the same problem

Anyone have any idea what is going on here, and/or have a solution???
