Home screen help, PLEASE

Hey guys, Im a Q noob, and I have a few questions. I figured out emulators and etc, but I still dont know how to change my homescreen. I downloaded this one...

but I have NO idea how to get it on my phone. I zipped it to a folder. I tried adding it to my home folder but it doesent come up

what do I do?

The file is in CAB format. The usual way to install CAB file:

1. Using ActiveSync, transfer CAB ([133]Halo_2_Full_Skin.CAB) to \IPSM\Windows\Start Menu

2. Hold phone then open Start Menu (left soft key)

3. Look for 'Halo_2_Full_Skin.CAB' then click on it to install

The CAB will automatically configure your phone's homescreen XML to use 'Halo 2 with MRU' theme. Note that the author used 'IPSM' as target directory so this is intended for SP2002 units. If you are using 2003 or newer Smartphone models, you might want to make some sort of modification on the reg values so that it will all point to \Storage instead of \IPSM... or maybe ask the author for a SP2003-compatible version.
