Update from Sprite on issue mentioned above...

Dear Mobile Swipe Owner,

PLEASE READ THIS EMAIL CAREFULLY. IT DOES CONTAIN IMPORTANT INFORMATION.

A critical update to Sprite Mobile Swipe is now available which addresses a problem which occurs when the trial version expires.

If you have already entered your license code, then you can IGNORE this email. You do not need to update your installation.

If you have not yet entered your license code, then you should do so now. If you have not yet entered your license code AND your trial verison has expired, then you MUST download and install the updated version from the following link:-

Do NOT soft-reset your phone until you have installed the update.

Update instructions:-

1.Run the new installer and select the REMOVE option to remove the previous version of Sprite Mobile Swipe from your PC.

2.Run the installer again and follow the instructions on your PC to perform a new installation.

3.On the device, you will need to enter your Sprite Mobile Swipe password to remove the old version and install this update.

4.After installing the update, re-configure Sprite Mobile Swipe.

Yep I got this too..... the email I had from them stated that they knew nothing about this issue.

Seems like I may have actually helped out with something - must tell the wife!
