SPV M3100 - unable to make/receive calls

Hi all,

As title says, my Orange M3100 is yet again screwing up totally. It is the second time this has happened to me, and this is the second M3100 I've had from Orange.

When people try to call me they get put through to the voice mail as if my phone is turned off, when I try to make calls I get cut off half way through the dialling process.

If I put my sim card into another phone it works fine.

Oh, the strange thing is my phone is showing full signal strength, although when first turning on the phone it is taking much long to pick up the network.

This has to be a common fault? As it has happened to both of my M3100.

Advice/suggestions please guys. I am quite pee'd off at the moment, keep getting messages saying you have a miss call from XYZ... but I can't return calls!!!!! Argh!

Have you looked in the Hermes section? A common problem I believe.
