that allows me to slow down a video clip to a selected speed? the reason i ask is that i love golf and film my swing regularly but i dont get the full benifit out if it as i cant pause it and its to fast for me to really see whats going on.

If anyone can reccoment something, preferably free, thanks in advance.

A while ago a project called TCPMP was in construction. The developers have decided to make this software Shareware instead of freeware but here is a link to an older version.

not sure if it'll work for vids as i've only done this with music files, but i use a media player out there called 'sompy player'...

if you set the 'fast forward' speed to less than 100 in the preferences then pressing the ff button (to the right of play in the pic) will slow it down instead...
