Vista Mobile Device Centre syncing problem

Hi all,

When ever I sync with my Vista's Mobile Device Centre, if my Outlook contact list have extra contacts than the mobile the extra contacts get wipped out to match whatever is on my phone, I have used the Solve conflict option, I chose

Whenever there is a conflict delete item on device

But this doesn't seem to be working, even I choose to delete item on PC instead.

So how do I actually make my mobile to sync with whatever I have on my PC rather than the other way round? Screen shot is attached.

My mobile is an Orange M3100
