Windows Movile 6 GPRS Problems

hello, I just bought a Smart Phone HTC S710 a wonderful telephone, I bought SIM free because I'm in Argentina and this devise didn’t exist here, I can synchronize perfect with Wi Fi but I can’t do it through GPRS, each time I try it it appear "The remote party has ended this connection". somebody know if there is an specific problem with this devise? o what can a do for solving this problem.

it is possible that it has be a problem in the hardware?
