Setting up Push Email 02

Hi

I have had my Qtec8310 now for 6 months. I am on a 02 pay as you go sim card, but I have been unable to try and set up MMS or push emails on the phone yet. I have tried ringing O2 but that was as useful as ringin Vodafone!!!

I dont know what settings I need to set up to allow me to be be able to recieve both GPRS and my emails. On the home screen of the phone i get the large G symbol at the top, so i know the thing is picking up GPRS, so it ahs to be the settings. I have searched and tired other ideas on other topics in this forum with no success

You guys are my last hope!! Could someone please help me otherwise i think im going to have to sell it and purchase a blackberry... booo... instead!!
