E650 and Tunes through Bluetooth Headset

Hi Guys

Can anyone point me in the direction of an idiots guide which will tell me how to get my E650 to play mp3's via my BT headset (Jabra 500v)

I have been trying several times with different software and cannot get anything to work at all
