Application unlock for SPV E650

Hi fellow modaco people.

I need help, before you start saying ive seen most of the treads on this issue through this site, ive tried almost everything. Im not that clever when it comes to the details of smart phones but I know how to use them. I understand you have to change the registry on the phone, I downloaded a program which allows you to edit the registries but upon trying to change it, it was not allowed. :rolleyes:

Someone out there please tell me step by step on a successfull way to unlock this phone so I can use other application, please, and thanks in advance.

Er... My SFR S710 (SFR is another telecom rival of Orange in France)

was a bit signed , so to unlock it I just used SDA Application Unlock. Reboot and done!

NTW, RegeditSTG worked on the phone , just out of the box, no changes made on it. I assume Orange SPV E650 owners can't though.

I can't get to you first link, I'm afraid. I tried the second one to France Telecom developers, who sent me a file for my E650, but that didn't work either. I've asked them a different file, and will let you know.

Just use the original Microsoft Powertoy. It works a treat on the Vox, as well as almost every other MS Mobile device ;)
