How to change the Startmenu icons

Hi,

I want to change the structure of my start menu.

Therefor I organised al my shortcut in Submenus.

But now I'm stuck with this ugly maps in the start menu.

Does anybody knows how to change the yellow map into a nice icon?

I found this site but could not get it to work.

Yes, I reorder them in maps like the Games one that is already there.

I found out that there is an icon.lnk shortcut in the games folder whichchanges the Icon of the Games folder in the start menu.

The same with the office folder.

I want to change the shortcut for a diferent folder, say I have an folder called Internet.

Do you to what file I should redirect my shortcut to create a diverent icon?
