active sync

ive just got a new lobster 700tv phone and i am already having problems with it like the active sync i have installed it on my laptop and i cant somehow connect to it can some one please

I hope you're using the data cable to connect as I'm having Bluetooth problems myself !

My guess is that you need to allow ActiveSync through your firewall. Try disabling the firewall and see if that works.
