how to change orange highlight color on blackjack iconbar?

i have made custom screens for my blackjack with homescreen builder and homescreen designer and i cant get rid of the orange highlight color in the iconbar. its the orange highlight when you choose items in the start menu for example. im trying to keep the start menu and contacts buttons black. i once installed a game and then it changed the color, but i didn't like the game so i got rid of it. anyone know how to change this orange color highlight in the iconbar or what the problem is? thanks.
