Artemis and a MAC!

I have recently purchased an iBook G4 running MAC OSX 10.4.9 Panther.

I have been searching google and only found really pricy options.

Is there someway to sync my artemis with my mac?

Missing sync windows mobile beta Version 4 is ok with macbook (macintel) with 10.4.9 Tiger

and not Panther (10.3 xxx)
