vCalendar import file problem

I've been given the file which I'm told works fine with Outlook 2007 but gives me an 'invalid parameter' warning when I try to import it into Outlook 2003.

Would it be a problem with the 2 versions ?

Is there a work-around or a conversion tool ?

If I upload the file could someone have a quick scan of the code and see if anything sticks out ?
