Disable Windows Messenger Integration in the contacts?

Hi guys!

I have a lot of windows live Messenger(msn) contacts. I would like to disable the Messenger Integration because i just want to have my contacts with a phone number in my Contact list!

what you have to do is delete all your contacts from WLM (windows live messanger) then do you first conection via the phone this will force you to synch the contacts once this is done you can then remove the option to sych contacts via the setting menu then return all your contacts to WLM or you can sych them and delete them from the phone. choic3e is yours...but you have to go through with the first synch, s*** I know
