Problem With SPV c500 :(

I have a problem with my SPV C500 .. I mean 2 problems:

1. THe clock & date changes all the time ... by it self

2. When Some1 calls me .. I can´t view who called me ..

What Can I Do :rolleyes: ?

I´ve used hardreset but same problem ...
