Guest Noonsy Posted June 18, 2007 Report Posted June 18, 2007 Hi, I'm playing a java game platinum suduko, which works ok, apart from the fact the Windows Mobile top toolbar is still visible with Java and the battery life etc. Is there a way to hide this for the java game? Thanks in advance Rich
Guest owziee Posted August 19, 2007 Report Posted August 19, 2007 Hi, I'm playing a java game platinum suduko, which works ok, apart from the fact the Windows Mobile top toolbar is still visible with Java and the battery life etc. Is there a way to hide this for the java game? Thanks in advance Rich Well I'm used to playing j2me games fullscreen on my N73 so I was very annoyed by the top bar in j2me games in my HTC S710. I downloaded the JBlendFullscreen java engine and installed it to memory card and WAS I SURPRISED!? Now all my S60 3rd Edition java games runs fullscreen on my HTC S710 and even faster than they did on my N73!!! :) I really recommend this. There is only one problem it doesn't run JAVA 3D which ran on my N73.. I hope we'll see a java engine with the 3D API in the future for windows mobile....

Well to tell you the truth I have exactly no idea if it's freeware or if it's illegal to share this JBlendFullscreen engine... If anybody have any clue please let me know and I'll post it here as an attachment if it's ok. I don't want to break any rules... In the meantime check your pm inbox cubel ;)
Guest cubel Posted August 27, 2007 Report Posted August 27, 2007 thx for your reply i've got a version of jblend called BaiBaoXiang but it's not fullscreen and the speed is low (compare with my old E65) how did you know that a java application/game works with this virtual machine?
Guest owziee Posted August 28, 2007 Report Posted August 28, 2007 (edited) thx for your reply i've got a version of jblend called BaiBaoXiang but it's not fullscreen and the speed is low (compare with my old E65) how did you know that a java application/game works with this virtual machine? Well this JBlendFullscreen engine runs the most games I have on my N73 faster than they run on my N73 and I've only had problems with a few games. 90% of the games I've tried runs perfect. I've tested around 30-40 S60 3rd Edition j2me games on my HTC S710 so far... Edited August 28, 2007 by owziee
