Startup Folder Items after update

Did a search but all references seemed to be well before the UK update.

Ive noticed that there are some different items in the IPSMWindowsStartUp folder.

I remember an old "turbo" tip was to delete these to speed up the phone and it seemed to work.

I was just wondering if the same goes after the UK update?

Are any of these shortcuts essential.

I realize that, Traffic Counter SPE, and whoCallMgr.exe will be kept to keep the corresponding programs loading at startup!

i never noticed any speed increase to be honest, pre and post update

I think the best speed tip is to change the multipress timeout to 1/2 sec, that deffo works.

The thing is before the update I deleted all the items out of my startup folder and my phone worked fine!!

to be quite honest, after the update most of the speedtips really dont make a lot of difference, the multipress timeout actually speeds up texting, but not the actual phone
