Contacts Sync

Ok I activesync my phone to my work PC and want to sync my contacts on my phone into my outlook contacts, BUT I don't want to sync all my contacts in outlook to my phone. Is there a way to categorise what you want to sync backwards and forwards???

Not with ActiveSync as it stands, but I heard that "Category" sync was making a return (possibly only in Vista?) and that would solve your problems - assuming you can assign categories to your Contacts
