Loads of Modaco members are on Palringo

You can join the group - On the PC version click on the Groups menu, then "Join Group..." and the group name is Modaco

The forums are generally better for resolving problems though - it's easier to follow the thread in the forums and (even if it takes a few days) somebody knowledgeable is likely to see it.
