The default sounds provided also contain the In and Out variations for the sliding in and out sounds

So you actually have the following Default Sounds:-

Wind Chimes (0.wav)

Wind Chimes In (0_in.wav)

Wind Chimes Out (0_out.wav)

Piano (1.wav)

Piano In (1_in.wav)

Piano Out (1_out.wav)

Xylophone (2.wav)

Xylophone In (2_in.wav)

Xylophone Out (2_out.wav)

I tried Registry Edit (MobileRegistryEditor.exe)

Changed the following registry values:

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\ControlPanel\Sounds\SlidingSound

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\ControlPanel\Sounds\SlidingIn

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\ControlPanel\Sounds\SlidingOut

I figured just changing these it would work, but the actual sound played was \Windows\Default.wav.

Wierd!

One method, would be same as another reader posted regarding the Wifi Beeps, and that would be to record your own sounds, call them the same names as the above, and overwrite them.
