Keymapping the Q?? CTRL & ALT?!

I am trying to map the CTRL key inparticular on the Q. The program PQz was made to do this, but does not work very well on the Q.

I am trying to solve the problem of not having the keys for games like DoomCE and the like. DoomCE works amazingly on the Q, but does not have a way to fire or change controls.

Any ideas?

I've gotten sample code to build and execute on the Q, I am willing to code if I can help.
