Ive been looking for a live search plugin (i have the actual program) that will let me put the live search bar on a homescreen.

Ive tried inserting

into my xml, and nothing shows up. Im running WM6 on my blackjack, and ive downloaded and installed the windows live application from microsoft's site, but the only way i can get to the search bar is by running the live app. I cant get it to show on my homescreen.

Im thinking this may be because ATT stripped out the Live software (as i dont have hotmail or live messenger on my phone, just the live search app that is available freely on MS' site.

would love to know if anyone has solved this ...

would you not so something in the registry here to launch the app?

• Run the Windows Live program (not Windows Live Messenger, the other one)
  
• menu->options->home screen content
  
• tick the box called "Search Bar"

Live Search on my Moto Q (latest client) does not have this menu option. I've added the plugin code below, but no search bar displays on my homescreen. Any ideas anyone?
