Guest rasncain Posted June 24, 2007 Report Posted June 24, 2007 I am my second day into my new 8525 and I am kinda having a problem in how calls are presented. During an incoming call you are not presented with a key pad, instead your presented with a limited number of keys related to answer the call. This creates a problem for me as I use the grandcentral.com service which during an incoming call prompts you to select the #'s 1, 2 or 3 for various things such as answering the call, sending the call to voicemail or screening the call. So I have to select the keypad softkey to be presented with the keypad so that I can then press a corresponding number key. This is not a simple task to do with one hand. Anyone aware of a way in which to have the keypad present on an incoming call by default? Or any ideas / suggestions in maybe a better way of handling this ? Appreciate your time and responses.
