Storage card

Just bought a 2 gig sd mini card for my Dash and want to put it to good use. How can I change the default folder for My Documents to the storage card? Also, is there a way for synced Exchange items to be stored on the storage card as well?

While I am at it, one more question - I am using Windows Mobile Center to sync, but dont see the Deleted folder as an option to sync in Email options. Is there a way to sync the deleted folder?
