Problem Unistalling Smaato Cost on my samsung blackjack PLEASE HELP!!!!

Here is the letter I sent to Smaato about their product called Cost which tracks ur messaging and phone capabilities, it's made for WM5 which I have on my blackjack so I thought it would work. The program never worked on my phone, please read the leeter I sent to Smaato and see if u can help me thanks, Matt

"I downloaded your program onto my blackjack using active synch and as soon as i stated the program it said a newer version is availabel and gave me a website to go to which I downloaded it from, I uninstalled the previous version going to remove programs, and installed the new version, everytime I try and start the new version the little loading symbol comes up and stays up there for a long time, and it will either say error or not do anything at all so I went and uninstalled it in reomove programs and it said it could not completely remove it but not its stuck on my list of programs and when i click on it it dosent do anything after i uninstalled it except come up with an alert message that says "it cant find it or one of its components make sure the path and filename are correct and that all required libraries are available" all I want to do is completely uninstall this program so I do not have an icon that leads to no were on my phone please help"
