Guest Roman5 Posted July 1, 2007 Report Posted July 1, 2007 On the compass of Tom-Tom Navigator 6, I've set it to ' one with arrow pointing north '. I've also set it to show ' direction '. It shows N for north and S for south, however, when the arrow is pointing NW it says 'NE', when it's pointing NE it says 'NW', and the same for SW and SE. :) It's like I'm viewing the compass from behind it. Why would it do this? Installed on MDA Compact 3. It's not a big problem as the software works great, but curious nonetheless. Thanks.

May be wrong, but doesn't the arrow point to North and the text tell you the direction you're travelling in.... Will have a look tomorrow and see what mine does. Chers Jim
Guest Roman5 Posted July 2, 2007 Report Posted July 2, 2007 This is what I mean, check this picture. The arrow is pointing SE but says SW. http://support-uk.tomtom.com/rnt/rnw/img/e...r/compass03.gif
