Anyone know if there is a cab or something that will

"Wifi no longer available, use GPRS connection instead? Yes/ No/ Retry Wifi"

When browsing using Wifi in IE or checking email etc, occasionally the connection is lost, or not available, and without warning GPRS is used, the charging meter at Orange starts ticking and my credit drastically reduces.

Is there a workaround for this, or anyone know of (or could create) a little program that will prompt you before continuing browsing with GPRS instead of Wifi?

Skype does a similar check, as does Fring, but it would be nice if IE, Email or even some of the Streaming software could do something similar.
