Windows Mobile - Not saving sent emails

Just recently purchased 10 new windows moblie smart phones ( 5 Black Jacks and 5 8525s) and none of them are saving copies of sent email. The option to save them is turned on, but the sent items folders are all empty.

Since this is happening on all the phones, I assume there is something I'm missing.

Anyone know how to fix this?

Are you syncing with an exchange server?

If so, you need to select folders to sync in activesync settings (after the first successful sync) as well as turn on "save sent items"

Ok, found it. Under options on the 8525 there is [manage folders]. From there I was able to select folders to sync. The BlackJack's are a little different getting to the same place, but have the same effect once you're there.
