Phone problems after Unlock

I unlocked my SPV M3100 via these instructions:

I cant seem to be able to put my t mobile sim in and use it. Everytime i make a call it cuts off. What can i do about this? Do i upgrade to a new Rom? Currently i dont recieve any network on the orange sim and the t mobile sim has full network but i cant make calls.

The current phone stats are:

IPL - 1.01

SPL-1.40.Olipro

operator version: 14.123.1.614

rom version 1.23.61.4

Rom date: 07/13/06

Radio version 1.41.00.10

Ive tried upgrading the radio but it still doesnt seem to work. Ive read quite a few topics and cant seem to solve it. Any help would be much appreciated.
