MMS receieved on web only

When I send an MMS from my Athena on T-Mob to my g/f on her C600 on Orange PAYG she just receives an SMS telling her to go to a web page to receive the MMS.

Any ideas why?

she needs to phone orange and get them to set something up at their end

Is it just that she has no data allowance on her account ?

As Looee says, the usual way to correct this is to phone O's CS.

I'll get her to call 450 - was trying to avoid it as they take all day to answer....
