Vario II and Nokia bluetooth hands free kit

I need some help

I recently bought a car and it has a nokia bluetooth hands free kit.

I am having trouble using it with my Vario II. I can detect it, and pair with it, but when I 'right click' on the device the 'set as hands free' is greyed out.

Any ideas????
