Guest Posted July 7, 2007 Report Posted July 7, 2007 Hi All Looking at switching from VF to 3 as they're the only operator here that have a 1/2 decent data plan (10 euro for 250mb VS 15 euro for 25MB on VF) I rang three and they said they didn't really have setting that the 3 phones just work on the 3 network and that mine wont (T-Mob Dash Unlocked) I think she hadn't a clue and surely there are settings. Does anyone know them? Not sure how many irish users are here so its prob a long shot! TIA gerryR
Guest Black-Xstar Posted July 8, 2007 Report Posted July 8, 2007 I don't know. But I think your new GPRS is also very expensive. I use China Mobile, 20 RMB (about 2 euro) for unlimit.

Guest Confucious Posted July 8, 2007 Report Posted July 8, 2007 The settings for just about every operator were in the Software settings repository which has been replaced by the Wiki - unfortunatly the information hasn't been added to the Wiki so seems to have been lost.... Do T-Mob not operate in Ireland? their data prices in the UK are far better than anyone else's.

No we got Vodafone, O2, Meteor and 3. 3 are by far the most reasonable in termas of Data (although a rip off compared to the UK) Shame about the operator settings repos, maybe it'll turn up some day! thanks gerrry
