WM5torage on SPL? Application unlocked?

Is the SPL (running latest firmware, ver 01.09) application unlocked?

I've tried to install WM5torage on my SPL and get the error "Can't switch to Mass Storage USB driver, error 57. Most likely the device was not FULLY application unlocked." So I tried using Regedit STG to alter the 2 required strings, but it won't let me.

I've also tried to install Album onto it, either by putting the required files onto \windows\ which gives the error "Can't find album or one of it's components" (or something like that), so also tried to put the zip file onto the SD card, but explorer on the phone does not seem able to extract zip files. I thought this was all part of WM5 now?

Found a way to fully application unlock the phone, run the attached .cab file and all is then sorted, WM5torage works fine then.
