To the best of my knowledge, there is not a free Animated home screen plugin available. The only one I know of is from Madbeetle, and it sells for $4.95. You can get it here.

I got one now. seems rubbish tho. the animation is tiny in the top left of my screen and moves verry slow and keeps flickering the screen hmmmmm waist of time hehe
