I can't connect via activesync

For a month it worked but not any more

I can charge my phone over usb but it shows as unknown devices

my laptop and desktop can both send files and vcards to it but I don't get an activesync profile show up. On one, bluetooth only works if Beam is set to off and the other if it is on.

I have tried hard resets and several other computers (and VMs)

my rom date is Feb 16th and I had it in my hand before March

I really really miss the ability to use pocket outlook

any idea what i could try?
